Ethan's always kidded in the past that we are in the driest part of Cypress, always missing out on the rain showers we've needed so badly. So what happens today after having waited three years for a sprinkler system? You guessed it, a tiny rain cell POURED heavy right in the middle of the installation! Such irony, haha!
