The Martin Bunch: Catching Up

Well, it’s been a really long time, folks! (Isn’t this how my previous post began?)

Since Christmas, we’ve had plenty of things going on. Here are a few highlights, mostly in order:

- We were under at least 8-10” of snow from January to March

- Ethan traveled…. A LOT

- We spent two weeks in Houston in February to coincide with several back-to-back work trips down there

- My Aunt Faye passed away on Feb. 27^th

- Olivia turned 4 years old on March 18

- Ethan traveled A LOT….again

- We took day several day trips down to Philly and over to NYC

- The month of May was a blur…..Ethan was gone for half of it, the van was swiped in the middle of the day by a drunk driver. By the grace of God we were not hurt.
- Callie had ear tubes put into both ears

- School ended in late June, and my mom came to visit for a week

- Olivia was Tinkerbell in her first dance recital

- Our A/C went out during the hottest week of the year. Oh and Ethan was called to Alaska last-minute. Go figure!

- Olivia was in swim lessons for four straight weeks, 4 mornings a week

- My in-laws came to visit (after the A/C was fixed!)

- Ethan, the girls and I went to Long Beach Island for a week’s vacation!

- And finally now….the FIRST week of this summer that we’ve had no plans.
